Return Policy

As Blancha, our goal is always to provide high-quality products at competitive factory price. We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us and all the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service at any time. Blancha guarantees return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with our products. 

Returns and Exchanges

Don't worry if you changed your mind, here are some tips for Return & Exchange:

1) Items can be easily returned in 30 days after your package is delivered. 

2) Please contact our customer service team if you need to process a return for any reason

Refunds

Step 1: Contact us by submitting a ticket to let us assist you with your return procedure.

Step 2: Indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) up and keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and provide your return tracking# for us.

Step 4: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the refund for you as soon as possible.

Step 5: Normally please allow 4-9 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.

Notes:

  1. The original shipping fee and shipping charges on returns are refundable.
  2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  4. Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@blanchashop.com. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should write us at help@blanchashop.com.
We will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable.
